I am totally agree with rajan article"misconception about Indian caste system in Korea"..I have encountered similar stuff everywhere in korea.I told them now there is no such kind of caste system and person from any caste can be brahmin with his sheer knowledge and wisdom.when I asked them from where u get such information, they told me that this context are in their middleschool history book..Next thing most of the asia pacific countries are passionate for europe, US and India in South asia.Even they know that India is much crowded and life is nt that easy, they still eager to visit India..I dont know whether I will return back alone or with bunch of korean friends as mnay of my frds want to visit india..1st thing I like to clear that irrespective of nationality, wealth, custom and culture, the human being is same everywhere..Most of the time average people know what they learned in their middle school/highschool history book..
One day when I talked with one vietanami’s student, I came to knw that vietanam is also becoming global country…I and some of my frd had misconception that vietanam is like camobodia etc or same what we see in movies..
The Best word I heard from normal korean ppl is "Indian are smart people and India will developed soon and has potential to lead the world in next 50yrs"..Isnt it gr8?…
